OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

The Sound Counsel shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the customers’ expectations with respect to delivery. In the very unlikely event that The Sound Counsel fails to make delivery of an order for any reason other than cause beyond The Sound Counsel’s, or the customer’s, reasonable control and The Sound Counsel is accordingly liable to the customer, The Sound Counsel’s liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to the customer of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the goods.
Our products are hereby warranted to conform in all material respects with their description and to be free from material defects and to be of a satisfactory quality and to conform in every respect with the requirements of all regulations relating to electronics now in force in the UK. The Sound Counsel will not be liable for defects arising from the customer failing to follow oral or written instructions as to storage, use and maintenance of the goods purchased or (if there are none) good trade practice regarding the same.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
