We love Marten and they have ben our top recommendation since we first added them to our speaker line up so it was nice to see a new range in the form of Dexter being launched.  Sitting above the current Parker range and below the amazing Mingus the new Dexter series introduces four sizes from a bookshelf to a modest sized floor stand speaker – sitting 105cm high.  Each speaker features a Marten pure diamond tweeter – a real gem that we know well from the Parker and Mingus range. The top models – the three-way Dexter Quartet and Dexter Quintet – also feature a ceramic mid-range, a slightly smaller version of the mid-range unit that really makes the Mingus speakers. The Marten Dexter models are wired internally with Jorma Duality cable and built at Marten’s facility in Sweden. Loaded Reflex Line — Marten’s new bass loading system — combines bass reflex and transmission line principles through a shaped internal channel and wide downward-firing slotted port, reducing air velocity and extending bass depth
